The bulk update request #1970 is active.

Reason: Should be self-explanatory? We already have tickling_feet, tickling_penis, and tickling_nipples imply tickling, so why not other body parts. The aliases are other common ways to describe the actions.

Update: I removed some lines for aliasing tags that, it turns out, have never actually been used before. When I originally wrote this I didn't know how to check. Also made tickling_genitals imply tickling instead of tickling_penis, tickling_pussy, etc.

Vote against imply tickling_navel -> navel_fetish since I don't think a lot of those images are "focused" enough on the navel to qualify as a fetish. It's more just that the feather has to be touching somewhere.

I would rather leave the fetish/play implications for another BUR, since this one is pretty solid already and adding other stuff would just make it harder to review

I believe that following the precedent, the name should be tickling_genitalia instead of tickling_genitals, though

Also could you remove the implication from tickling_penis to tickling please?
