The tag alias #56460 ka42541785 -> kakrita has been approved.

Reason: The artist did not link their other profiles anywhere on Twitter, so I had to use their Twitter handle (@ka42541785) as the artist name. When doing a reverse image search, however, I actually found their Deviant Art profile, with username Kakrita, which seems like a much more natural name than ka42541785.
