mcptato is an alternate Twitter account, see bio at https://twitter.com/reilukah and also the mcptato DA page is linked to from the ptato FA account (redirect from old name ptato)
I don't think they're trying to keep their stuff separate seeing as they link the other account from the reilukah Twitter, but I'm not 100% sure and it looks like they were using both accounts until relatively recently
