If the artist wants to request conditional DNP status, they have to request it themselves via the takedown form. Nobody else is allowed to file for DNP status on behalf of the artist.

The artist is also still listed on the conditional_dnp page.

It seems like quite a lot of those artists don't implicate conditional_dnp or avoid_posting. Which may be the reason why so many mama-hyena images are in violation.

It's possible that Mrkfoxy was just unclear in the Reason field. But this would probably be better as a BUR in that case.

I think it would be better to dmail NotMeNotYou, letting them know the artist is in the (C)DNP page but isn't implicating conditional_dnp or avoid_posting, so they can fix it properly (remove them from the page if they've rescinded their DNP status, or add whichever implication is appropriate given their takedown).

Avoid posting/cdnp tags that have no posts: d-sui, saurit, aolun, pawlytigris017, purplepaw, nasusbot, quetzlcoatl_(artist) Edit: It's misspelled on the dnp page.
Avoid posting/cdnp tags that have posts: norman_rockwell, timeless_error, jefflaclede Edit: should be aliased. wildlion, fureezy, mama-hyena.
