change category inkwell (256) -> general

Reason: Inkwell is incorrectly categorized as a character when it should be a general tag, but I can't correct it as there are too many posts to allow a non-Admin to do so. There were a couple of characters named some variant of Inkwell, but I gave them suffixes, so currently, all pictures with inkwells should have ink bottles in them, although many are currently not tagged with such at this time. I'm hoping the same inability that prevents me from changing the category of inkwell now will prevent future users from turning it back into a character tag again later, but that's likely a pipe dream.

Tag types can be locked by staff if need be.
