horse_folder isn't in use, and has never been. Is this supposed to be the target?

Like Strikerman said, it's better to include links for verification because the majority of us here probably don't know what a horse folder is.

After doing a bit of "research", it seems that Horse Folder is, in fact, the new name of Lenstar Productions, as "stated" by this Youtube video.
