Reason: Same concept, but the latter tag is more used.

Neither of those tags seem that well-used... Would it be good to imply other tags to outercourse? frottage, mutual masturbation, thigh sex, armpit sex, and so on.

I'll admit that I've never heard that term...

I mean, considering that intercourse is already aliased to sex, is there a need for an outercourse tag?
The tags frottage, thigh_sex, and armpit_sex already implies sex in general, and sex is already used in non-penetrative sex acts.

If anybody wants to find non-penetrative_sex or outercourse, they can just search up sex -penetration.

Which explains why I've not seen it yet...

multiple_scenes has several instances of outercourse depicted in the same image as penetration, and you could probably find an orgy where both of these are happening to completely different pairs/groups.

I'd prefer reversing the alias. Intercourse is aliased away, so it would be imbalanced to have outercourse be a valid tag, and non-penetrative_sex more clearly indicates the meaning of the tag for people less familiar with "outercourse". Even now I don't know whether "outercourse" would include things like voodoo_sex, bukkake, dry_humping, etc.

First time I hear about "outercourse". Granted, not my native language, but I think the name with clearer meaning is better.

+1 for non-penetrative_sex (even though I do like the sound of outercourse) - I imagine that all sex acts will eventually end up implying either penetration or non-penetrative_sex, maybe with a few exceptions.
