Reason: Just another of those pointless tags like gift_art and commission which has managed to evade scrutiny until now.

Second. It completely violates the "Tag What You See" policy and I don't see how useful it would be to search for something like that.

I guess this could serve as a way of tracking down some slightly more obscure characters whose owners might be interested in more freebies--but even when an artist or commissioner are interested in that, it's a vague enough concept that it would be drowned out in non-obscure characters too. Even on my end, I've also requested known characters.

Why do we need to preserve this tag, exactly? Just alias it to invalid_tag to get rid of it entirely.

Actually, this could fit into my invalid art BUR. People like to know what type of tag was added to end up with an invalid tag, but we don't need the specifics.
