Reason: I swear this category in general needs a MASSIVE alias/implication cleanup, as well as a post cleanup

So, robotic arm is the main tag, and the other 3 are basically the same thing, the 4th one just bothers me that it isn't aliased away.

Oh damn, was the bionic/bionics mixup my bad or was it already like that? ^{I'll go check. Yeah, I messed up not understanding how the mass update works}
It also might be better to feed some of these tags into a disambiguation bucket due to high mistagging rates for posts which should be using cybernetic_arm instead.

Edit: Oh, apparently I left the robotic_* tags largely alone because they go on FNAF animatronics a lot and I couldn't figure out what to do with that???
