-philias aren't an act, but more-so a reference the fetish as a whole. That's why the tag is bestiality and not zoophilia. Plus, child is specifically for the prepubescent stage, roughly between 3 and 12, whereas pedophilia would cover adults on teenagers as well (and probably some teenager-on-teenager too). And I think most people who would try to use a pedophilia tag would do so when there's any young looking character in a sexual situation, not specifically for adult-on-young only.
