Adding a whitelist that makes specific content the user likes the priority, example:

If i have blacklisted "machine" but i have whitelisted "id:3371915" it would only show that specific post (plus childs, siblings and parents) but not the others that have the "machine" tag on them.

Or maybe that the Favorite function acts like this, leting you see it even if there are blacklisted tags on that certain post.

The blacklist already lets you do this. Just prefix whatever tag or post ID you want to whitelist with a "-" sign. If you combine multiple terms on the same line then the whitelisted ones take priority.
