I don’t really like the name here… handjob_while_penetrated sounds like it could just as easily refer to a character receiving a handjob while being penetrated, which is confusing.

What would be a better name? At least if you consider the tag as referring to the same character, it makes sense. Character A performing a handjob while Character A is penetrated/penetrating. I can't think of a way to word the tag that can't be similarly misinterpreted, without making it absurdly long. There's also masturbating_while_penetrated (no masturbating_while_penetrating, sadly).

reach_around, which one of these tags should probably be aliased to. It's both more common terminology outside of this site, and less ambiguous.

handjob_while_penetrating isn't always a reach_around, if the character being penetrated is facing toward the other, or if a third character is getting the handjob.

That last scenario shouldn't even be tagged handjob_while_penetrating or the tag is meaningless. It just becomes a tag for "these two unconnected events are both happening somewhere in this picture". Surely there should at least be an implicit understanding that, if both the handjob and the penetration are part of the same tag, they should be happening to the same character? Otherwise we might as well create a load of tags like fox_and_wolf for where there are both a fox and a wolf in the same post.

It's not two unconnected events, the two actions involve the same character at the same time. With handjob_while_penetrating, the character performing a handjob is the same character penetrating. And with handjob_while_penetrated, the character performing a handjob is the same character being penetrated. These don't apply when Character A is giving a handjob to Character B, while Character C is penetrating (or being penetrated by) Character D.

There is an almost infinite variety of x_while_y tags you could create if that logic was your only restriction, as long as x doesn't require the same body part as y. And sometimes even then - the literal interpretation of handjob_while_penetrated would be perfectly doable if the penetrating character has 2_penises, or is penetrating them with a dildo (which counts as penetration under the current tagging rules).
