Reason: This was a nine year old alias with no forum thread.

The floating tags are meant to represent body parts that still have the character present, but aren't actually connected to them, rayman style. A disembodied penis, by comparison, is a penis without a body. The only other potential tag is detachable_penis which is for penises that "socket" or "plug" into the body, not for floating penises.
