fingering is not considered a penetration.

This is pretty counterintuitive... So how do I tell apart penetrative and non-penetrative fingering, is there a tag for that?

Penetrative is fingering. Rubbing the pussy is vaginal_masturbation

I still vehemently disagree with the wiki definition (as outlined in topic #32887) and nobody has yet given a reason why inserting a finger or fist shouldn't count as penetration but literally every single other body part does other than "it's what the wiki says"

The wiki once said the same about oral penetration not counting as penetration, but that later got scrapped and we now have a oral_penetration tag. Fingering is also more formally known as digital penetration.

I asked an admin about it, about a year ago:

Doesn't make much sense that fingering is only for penetration but cannot be tagged as such.

It also sounds (and used everywhere else) as a generic term for any kind of finger stimulation, so that's needlesdly confusing.

Wait until you get into the clitoral tags...
