Teats aren't as fatty as breasts.

It would make far more sense to say that crotch breasts are breasts than it would be to say that a busty feral doesn’t have breasts.

EDIT: Watsit makes a good point below (that crotch breasts aren’t really technically breasts).

Actually, if I got it right, @Furrin Gok has a good point: someone might want to find only regular breasts, only crotch breasts, or else.

In that case, changing busty feral to feral_with_breasts will solve this by allowing for tags like feral_with_crotch_breasts, feral_with_belly_breasts, etc. It will be a little more descriptive and line up with feral_with_hair as well.

I mean, technically the breast is the chest area, and breasts get their name for being the breast area. crotch_breasts is a misnomer since the crotch and breasts are definitionally different areas. Suffice to say, I wouldn't consider an enlarged crotch area to be "busty".
