mass update toffee -> toffee_(artist)
Reason: All posts under these tags can be found in the artist's own archive, linked on their Pixiv under the username "Toffee". boxoftoffee is an older username (https://boxoftoffee.tumblr.com/, dead blog now), and toffee is also a generic food, so lumping everything under toffee_(artist) seems safest.
