I'm inclined to agree with this actually, throat_fisting for when you're deepthroating a first and oral_fisting which also includes when the first isn't inserted as far as the throat.

Sure thing, just figured it's so niche that it wasn't warranted, but who knows it might grow.
Though as counter argument, the distinction between mouth and throat maybe isn't that easy to see regarding twys.
Either way I'm not objecting.

You can typically tell how much arm went in based on how close the elbow or shoulder is.
