Reason: Akimbo means both having hands on hips with elbows turned outward and dual wielding ("akimbo style").

Almost all valid posts under hands_on_hips are this pose. You can create elbows_out or akimbo_pose/posture if you care about it but I doubt that anyone else will care enough.
I think what's more important is how much hands on someone else's hips can be found there: hands_on_hips -solo.
This happens because of hands_on_* or holding_* being for own body and *_grab being for someone else's body, which looks interchangeable unless you read their wiki.
I believe changing it to something like holding_own_* and holding_else's_* should significantly cut down on those mistaggings.
Also what the hell, that's jut straight up not hips post #3455186.
