Reason: Plural to singular part

The BUR in topic #30005 is blocking alias striped_wings -> striped_wing it's a bur filled with singular to plural aliases. I think it should be vice versa for most tags.

I think striped_breasts and striped_wings should be kept as the target. This mirrors the breast->breasts and wing->wings aliases, as they're typically done in pairs.

I think they shouldn't. Even if they come in pairs, they don't have to be colored evenly. I also don't like that we use color_ears and not color_ear, or color_eyes instead of color_eye. Heterochromia is not that rare for character designs.
