Reason: The signature tag exists. Either use it or don't.

Until two months ago, this had only been used twice ever, but apparently DubsTheFox thinks it should go on every image without a signature now.

It needs to be renamed because it's not just equivalent to -signature but instead a longer query something like -signature -artist_name -artist_logo -watermark -url -credits, maybe something even more than that. That search result also comes up with plenty of false positives because people can't be bothered to tag these things most the time, tags like url and watermark also might not be related to artist attribution in any way and unnecessarily filter them out of the search.

So tag those things where they are missing instead of adding yet another compulsory tag to the list. The tagging onus should not be on the people who uploaded images without the things you are seeking to avoid here.

url and watermark being unrelated to artist attribution is very rare, and in the latter case we even have a tag for it: 3rd_party_watermark.
