create alias no_text (1) -> invalid_tag (-12)

Reason: I believe we don't tag what isn't there.

is there any reason this shouldn't just be aliased to invalid_tag? it dosn't seem like there'd really be any situations where you could "fix" this tag to be a valid tag.

not really, I mean, I could change it to be an alias if that's what people want.

It’s one of those tags that just needs to be wiped whenever it’s used, and an invalid_tag alias tag just makes that easier.
