Reason (updated Oct. 8, 2022):
The tags for various dildo sizes (big_dildo, huge_dildo, hyper_dildo) are popular, having been used over 2,000 times cumulatively. Yet these tags do not follow the same pattern of implications that exist for anatomical size tags like <size>_penis, <size>_breasts, etc., wherein hyper_* implicates huge_* and huge_* implicates big_*. This is fixed by BUR #3383.

This BUR additionally standardises the language for sex toy size tags by following the same naming conventions as the <size>_<bodypart> tags. The <size>_sex_toy tags will relate to <size>_dildo, <size>_buttplug and other sex toy size tags in the same way that <size>_genitalia relates to <size>_penis, <size>_pussy, and other genital size tags.

Other topics addressed by this BUR:

• 2_cocks_1_sex_toy is a more verbose description of sharing sex toy.
• silicone_sex_toy and vegetable_sex_toy are overly specific descriptions and quite underused. These are aliased to more general tags.
• threaded_by_* is a particular type of insertion and should implicate the relevant *_insertion tag.
• A vixenmaker is a type of plug (sex toy).

There are a few suggestions here that make sense, but some tags seem a bit off. Despite the tags big toy, large toy, and huge toy currently being used for posts with a sex toyin them, a ‘toy’ doesn’t necessarily mean a ‘sex toy’ by default. Perhaps it’s better to alias them with the toy tag instead?

Speaking of, big_sex_toy and huge_sex_toy should be aliased to the sex_toy tag.

Other than that, the BUR seems alright

Point taken, I have removed the alias requests for *_toy to *_sex_toy.

Why do you think so? Currently, big_dildo, huge_dildo, and hyper_dildo have (approx.) 1.3k, 750, and 150 posts respectively. The sizing tags are being used in the same way as sizing tags for big_balls, huge_balls, hyper_balls, big_penis, huge_penis, hyper_penis, big_breasts, huge_breasts, hyper_breasts, etc. Tagging the relative sizes of sex toys does not seem any more problematic than tagging the relative sizes of body parts.

One point addressed by this BUR is that dildos clearly are not the only type of sex toy that can be depicted at various sizes, and users could reasonably want to search for any post depicting a big/huge/hyper sex toy, including not just dildos, but anal beads, butt plugs, sounding rods, gags, etc.

In response to your comments, I have improved the BUR by updating the reasoning in the original post. I have also added implication requests between sizes of dildos, as well as implication requests between sizes of sex toys, so that these categories will be handled identically to the size tags for balls, penises, breasts, etc.:

implicate hyper_dildo -> huge_dildo
implicate huge_dildo -> big_dildo
# implication for big_dildo -> dildo already exists
implicate hyper_sex_toy -> huge_sex_toy
implicate huge_sex_toy -> big_sex_toy
implicate big_sex_toy -> sex_toy

Finally, I have also implicated <size>_sex_toy from <size>_buttplug and added implications between the sizes of butt plugs.

This BUR standardises the <size>_sex_toy tags, which will be implicated by <size>_dildo and <size>_buttplug tags, just in the same way that hyper_penis, hyper_pussy, and other tags implicate hyper_genitalia.

Correct, a dildo isn't a penis any more than a vixenmaker is a pussy.

Thanks for bringing up the comparison though! Checking out how animal dildo is treated informed me that I should add an implication for vixenmaker -> animal sex toy.
