The perineal raphe is a visible line or ridge of tissue on the body that extends from the anus through the perineum to scrotum (male) or labia majora (female). It is found in both males and females, arises from the fusion of the urogenital folds, and is visible running medial through anteroposterior, to the anus where it resolves in a small knot of skin of varying size.

In males, this structure continues through the midline of the scrotum (scrotal raphe) and upwards through the posterior midline aspect of the penis (penile raphe). It also exists deeper through the scrotum where it is called the scrotal septum. It is the result of a fetal developmental phenomenon whereby the scrotum and penis close toward the midline and fuse.

Instead of implicating raphe_(anatomy) from all these tags, I think it would be better to implicate genital_raphe. This is for three reasons:

1) There are several raphes in the body. The raphe at the caudal side of the torso (i.e., the genital raphe) is just one of many.
2) The tag genital_raphe provides more context clues to non-experts than raphe_(anatomy), as "genital" is a word that most people should know.
3) The term "genital raphe" is already in use for describing this particular structure among all the raphes in the body. [1] [2] [3]

Additionally, scrotal_raphe perhaps should not implicate balls, as several images tagged eunuch or castration depict the scrotal raphe but no balls. It would be unfortunate if tagging that bit of anatomy forced false positives for the balls tag on many of these images.

Added implications to and from genital raphe.

That is not a raphe, it is a scar.
