Reason: It should be an implication. Wearing a mask is not the same as a mask lying around in the background

If masked gets unaliased, I feel it would need to be disambiguated, since masked can also refer to something simply being shrouded, hidden, or blocked out, not necessarily a physical mask being worn. And even if it refers to a physical mask being worn, how would it be different from wearing_mask? Why implicate wearing_mask -> masked instead of aliasing masked -> wearing_mask?

I never heard that it can mean something is hidden/surrounded/blocked. but I believe you know what you are talking about. I'll have a look at it again tomorrow.
