Reason: Some lack of implications I noticed from tags I use often. It is mostly with species type and one copyright. Almost all posts with the initial character tag also tags the species/copyright in the implication I suggested, but it would just be more convenient to have the implication do it to save time or if someone forgets it.
Also suggesting Tsuba-kun as an alias of Tsubakuro, as his name is Tsubakuro, while Tsuba-kun is a nickname. There are a few posts of Tsubakuro without Tsuba-kun as well as some with Tsuba-kun without Tsubakuro.

E621 doesn't imply characters to species due to the possibility of characters appearing as alternate_species, or someone cosplaying as a character and not being that character's original species, they could be humanized or humanoidized and therefore no longer look like their original species, and so forth.
