Reason: urethra_worm is when a worm- or leech-like creature enters a character through their urethra. This falls under the larger theme of parasites and infestation. Infestation is when a parasite enters or is already inside a character. Infestation is also rarely used when a living character's body is taken over by mushrooms, which might also technically be a parasite? If not, that breaks the suggested implication. Of course, the word "infestation" also means when undesired bugs or critters from outside enter someone's house, etc., but that's not how the tag is being used.
