Reason: After coming across this post and seeing there's other posts using this same sort of collage theme, I think there might be some value in tagging these sorts of pictures. For one thing, they could be used as a title page of a pool that links to other pictures on e621. I suggest aliasing 2021_art_summary to art_summary rather than imply it as the same results could be gotten with 2021 + art_summary. Art summary goes to the Meta category as that seems the most appropriate place to put it.
Opinions? Suggestions? Brickbats? Yeah? Neigh? Indifferent?
