Reason: A rapping vaporeon character that appears in the Furrymon music video, who's been getting some fan art. As far as I know, there's no official name, but these two tags seem to be getting used. "Raporeon" comes across as more of a fan name (and almost reads like rape-oreon), so "vaporeon rapper" seems to be the better choice to me.

I would also add implication vaporeon_rapper -> furrymon to link the character to its origin.
