The gender_x_gender tags are another variation of the genderxgender tags that were aliased some time ago. MLM and WLW (stands for "men loving men" etc.) are abbreviations popular in the Tumblr/Twitter set who literally can't even be bothered to learn how tags work and you're an oppressor for asking them to try. Note that this also means a higher-than-average percentage of solo or intersex posts appearing under those tags, but it's not like the sexuality tags don't already suffer from that problem. wlm has never been used and mlw is apparently the name of an artist.
