create implication pacifier_in_mouth (2108) -> pacifier (4414)
create implication pacifier_in_mouth (2108) -> object_in_mouth (11076)
Reason: 1) a pacifier is a pacifier
2) a pacifier is an object, and it's in a mouth
Assuming this tag is valid, it's very underused.

I'd think they'd be accessories, especially since technically, you don't really wear them. You hold them.
