remove implication entwined_tails (3923) -> tail_coil (5413)

Reason: Tail_coil is defined in the wiki as "using one's tail to grip another participant, usually with intent to restrain or subdue", clearly illustrating it's meant to be coiling's non-serpentine counterpart.

Entwined_tails, on the other hand, is defined as any instance one's tail is wrapped around the tail of another, usually indicating intimacy.

One quick search of tail_coil demonstrates the problem here, as almost none of the tag's uses fit its definition, as a result of being implied by entwined_tails.

A better fix would be to adjust tail_coil's definition to not require a grip, but for the tail to just be coiled around someone else (which there's otherwise no obvious tag for).
