Ok, seriously though you might want to check out digitigrade. Seems to be the closest thing to what you're looking for.

That bend is is actually the ankle of their hind legs. Animals that walk on the balls of their feet are called digitigrade, as popoto pointed out; animals that walk on the tips of their toes, like a ballerina en pointe, are called unguligrade.

There's also unguligrade, as in your third example. That's separate from digitigrade, where digitigrade is an animal walking on the balls of their feet (often, though not always, with pawpads), unguligrade is an animal walking on their toes (often with hooves).
