shin_(artist) seems to be a better tag to me. shin. can be a typo for an actual shin, perhaps a misclick in the autocomplete for not noticing the ., while shin_(artist) is clearer that it means artist named shin.

Shin is a very generic name. I'd be surprised if there aren't characters named that.
