Depends what you consider "obscure". Obscure as in, "ancient shit people do still remember" or obscure as in "I forgot that was in that"?

I can't say this is obscure, but i think people should draw more Gladiator beasts.
Attorix is the obvious one to be a milf, but i haven't seen a hint of the main birds, Bestiari and Gyzarus. Love to see those 2.
not necessarily an obscure character, but certainly underrepresented in lewd art is orinette_(ceehaz) from ceehaz's dog_knight_RPG (or really any of the "side characters" listed in the tag's wiki)
Basically anyone from Hylics could be considered obscure

Breath of Fire characters seem to almost all be obscure. You get those few artists who draw Nina and Momo all the time, but anybody who's not in the party is never done to start with.
Heck, even as an avid fan of the games I had to do a quick google to remember show she was but damn, yeah, she's definitely high on the list of the obscure characters I want to see drawn.
Android game protagonists? Machine Knight is another obscure one from them. Imagine the scientist in a priest outfit. ;)
Oh right, FURRY. End of InAspiration qualifies? A totally not generic-sounding pun-name Kiton. Actually, I don't see a lot of art of Android RPG characters. I guess they're too obscure or not overlapping in furry interest here.

Some of the lesser drawn Bojack characters- the killer whale strippers, the manatee from manatee fair magazine. Becca the chicken from the chicken 4 dayz episode.

If you are looking to watch it it's fairly dark with an emphasis on mental health disorders. It's pretty good.

It also has a great mix of humor too, so it isn’t all a sad sack depression fest. I feel like it’s a mostly upbeat show. Even if an episode has a rough story, the B story is happy… with a few episodes, usually the penultimate episode of each season. Those are gut punches

Not sure if these count as obscure, but definitely underrepresented: Dromarch from xenoblade 2 (also the little birdy blade was cute), any loftwings, kao the kangraoo. Come to think of it, skippy the bush kangaroo. There are others, but I can't think of them right now >.<

You can make a lot of rule 63 styled content from nursery rhymes.
Oops, wrong rule. Rule 63 states: "For every given female character, there is a male version of that character", and vice versa.
Psychonauts 2 features these Goblin Cheerleaders known as Enablers. Their whole deal is that they try to enable you to act on your bad ideas. Absolutely no artwork of them yet, which baffles me beyond belief.
Maurice Sendak's "Little Bear" would be amazing.
Felicity Fox from "Fantastic Mr. Fox"
There is not nearly enough artwork of her. Which is really surprising because that is easily one of the best anthro films I've ever seen. Still one of my favorite "feel good" movies to watch even today.
