So mine is growing.
Mine's pretty long. It includes artists I can't stand, a few fetishes that I'm not into, a few combos, and a few characters people just can't seem to actually tag correctly with the 'Tag what you SEE' rule.

i used to have a very VERY long blacklist that mostly consisted of franchise titles, because i really prefer original works over fan art, and most of e621 is fan art of disney films or nintendo games. i later learned that you can just type in "copytags:0" so that cut out a lot of hastle. now i just block the usual extreme fetishes and unusual fur colors, because i do prefer realistic fur patterns. i still haven't figured out a way to search for characters without head hair. i prefer head tufts or "bald" furries over the humanlike hair, but the head-tuft tag is pretty underused. i don't judge others for their art styles, but i feel like realism is pretty underrepresented. when every character has neon fur, piercings, and wings it's actually pretty hard to just find a standard foxxo or coon.
Cool, I feel honored! Putting me AND horse on your blacklist is rather overkill.

I only have heterosexual, futa, and female content blacklisted. I don't have any specific artists blacklisted but I do have a lot of series blacklisted! It's a relatively short list, I think
Currently at 84 personally, though I don't feel like posting it directly for various reasons. On a side note, I really wish it were possible to filter entire pools based on any posts within containing certain blacklisted tags.

For example, I'll use brackets [] for categories like [franchises] or [characters], and curlies {} for subcategories like {disney} or {fortnite}.
Sometimes I'll grab a list of characters from a movie, or movie/show names from a particular company, but don't want to blacklist the whole list, so I'll just 'comment' it out Like //rouge_the_bat or //bambi_(film)

It makes exceptions. So, say you entered "Pokemon -eevee", it would then filter out any Pokemon content unless it includes an eevee.

You might be wondering why I have "-lendri_mujina" next to some things I would never, ever draw.. mostly as a safeguard against tag vandalism and things that there may not be as hard a line for (like in case someone tags "bloated" on a character that's just a bit overweight, or "foot focus" on a character whose feet are just visible).
And several things with a "-fav:me" are to make exceptions; some things have enough good about them that I'm willing to overlook the thing that normally disturbs me, and also for cases where the tag is more incidental rather than being part of the fetish I'm trying to avoid. Such as violence for story reasons, which I also have a "-lendri_mujina" on specifically because of things like post #4664206 — a death scene that anyone would be hard-pressed to call sexual snuff.
And yes, I know generation_10_pokemon is not currently an existing tag. Just covering my bases ahead of time.

In that case, nothing. The ~ means "or", so if you had "~kaa_(jungle_book) ~bagheera_(jungle_book)" on a single line in your blacklist, it would blacklist posts that have kaa_(jungle_book) OR bagheera_(jungle_book) tagged, whereas if you had "kaa_(jungle_book) bagheera_(jungle_book)" on a single line, it would only blacklist posts that have kaa_(jungle_book) AND bagheera_(jungle_book) both tagged.

Unless ~ has another meaning I'm unaware of, it looks like it. "a ~b ~c" means "a AND (b OR c)", but given "a ~b", the "b" isn't being paired with anything so it means "a AND b" just like if the line was "a b".
