remove implication micro_on_macro (27) -> size_difference (343882)
create implication micro_on_macro (27) -> extreme_size_difference (15908)

Reason: extreme_size_difference just has a description overhaul to clarify it, and it already implies size_difference. I believe it'd be more fitting for pics tagged micro_on_macro.

micro_on_macro has been a thorn in a lot of people's sides for years, it's an inaccurately named, poorly defined, and entirely misused tag based on what its original definition. There are at least one or two threads looking to remove the implications of micro_on_macro and alias it to extreme_size_difference I know one has over a dozen upvotes and lengthy discussion on why it needs to go.

The way micro_on_macro was defined in the wiki article says it's for sexual encounters between two vastly different sized characters... which is entirely redundant, since that would fall under size play.
Meanwhile, the way micro_on_macro has been actually used, is to describe two characters of vastly different sizes interacting in any way, or just being around each other... which would be size difference... but extreme... so the more accurate extreme_size_difference tag should be used.

Micro_on_macro possibly needs to be aliased away. It's very (if not most) often used when extreme_size_difference should be, as a character is often obviously not macro (post #4008796) or not micro (post #4007081) given the available background or other objects for scale, or has no context to know if it's micro or macro with a normal-size character (post #3976171).

Ideally, extreme_size_difference should replace the clunky informal standard of guessing whether to tag a post macro or micro, or incorrectly using them together.

If the character is clearly giant-sized — e.g. they're sitting on a house, and there are normal sized characters in the scene as well, the post falls under extreme_size_difference macro, if there are no normal sized characters visible, it's just macro, if there are two characters on a blank background, with no hint towards who's the "abnormally sized" character, it would just be extreme_size_difference since micro or macro would not be TWYS.
