There are other surprise tags, but those I'm not sure should be aliased to unexpected.

switch buttsex to anal

EDIT: because that's what regular buttsex is aliased too and we should probably follow that to avoid confusion

The first 5 aliases seem good to me, but I'd probably reverse (or just drop) the aliases for everything after that. "Surprise" seems a bit more natural to use (and evidently is more commonly used than unexpected in general), even if "unexpected" is more technically correct in some cases.
