EDIT: The tag implication licking_viewer -> tongue (forum #364080) has been rejected by @gattonero2001.

For organization's sake, might be better to imply licking_viewer to licking (which implies tongue_out, which itself implies tongue).

I thought about a small character inside a big one's mouth and the big one licking the small one, that wouldn't imply tongue out.

Fair point actually. I still think the play is to imply licking_viewer to licking, but licking could instead imply tongue directly rather than implying tongue_out.
