The tag implication #50570 looking_down_at_viewer -> looking_down has been approved.

Reason: The tag name looking_down_at_viewer suggests looking down in addition to looking at the viewer (the latter of which is already implicated).

If approved, this would be similar to how looking_back_at_viewer implies both looking_back and looking_at_viewer.

EDIT: The tag implication looking_down_at_viewer -> looking_down (forum #364147) has been approved by @gattonero2001.

Part of me feels like these looking_<direction>_at_viewer tags are superfluous. Are the number of false positives found by instead using looking_<direction>+looking_at_viewer that much to warrant extra tags?
