remove implication cervical_penetration (4947) -> vaginal_penetration (305670)

Reason: My anatomy knowledge in these parts isn't the greatest, admittedly, but I noticed this causing some issues. Particularly on this post:

which is tagged cloacal_penetration and cervical_penetration. The implication is causing it to be tagged with vaginal_penetration and vaginal, which as far as I know, shouldn't be tagged together with cloacal_*.

The only discussion I found about the implication was topic #6189 from over 9 years ago when the implication was made, which doesn't seem to have any conclusion.
