The tag alias tag_hell -> tag_panic (forum #365987) has been approved by @gattonero2001.
This led me to noticing that the tag has completely changed since its creation. What's the point of having a tag for what's essentially 'this post has a lot of tags'? Can just search by tag count, so this seems like invalid tag to me.
It used to be for posts that are painfully hard to tag, which does often but not always correlate with tag count.
Such as:
