The tag alias #62506 starcraft_(franchise) -> starcraft has been approved.

Reason: these two tags are functionally identical
of all the posts under the starcraft_(franchise) tag, only one of these (post #2768300) lacks the starcraft tag
in addition, starcraft has a wiki page and tag implications that starcraft_(franchise) doesn't
