Reason: Tickling feet requires that feet be present to tickle, etc. Tickling_genitalia and the tags under it are not included because we can't tag genital_outline as genitals, but this shouldn't be an issue for the other tags, clothed feet are still tagged feet.
Others are tickling_bodypart tags that don't yet imply tickling. Knees are a part of the leg so tickling_knees and tickling_thighs should imply tickling_legs, right?
All tickling is tickling_body, what else could you possibly tickle that's not part of someone's body.

Should tickling_breasts imply tickling_chest? Are breasts considered chest?
There's also a tickling_crotch tag that I wasn't sure if it was valid or should be aliased away or what

Wouldn't it be possible for feet (and some other things) to be out of view or covered, but still have enough context to tell feet are being tickled?
