Reason: As pinned in tozamtr1's tweets, the contact they specify is another twitter account named warutthefox. This name appears more frequently across other platforms such as inkbunny, furaffinity, and instagram. I found one instance of another tozamtr008 on newgrounds but they haven't posted anything.

At first I suspected the art posted by warutthefox to be their own, but after a proper look- it seems that is their account for retweeting art they've commissioned? In any case, this appears to be their preferred handle.
