In regards to "female" genitals I find equine and (equine-like) genitals to be the sexiest by far. Its super sexy looking, aesthetically pleasing (imo), but also not boring looking, plus I love the huge clit.

For human style female vulva's I like plump and decently sized labia majora, and decently large/plump labia minora. Small/nonexistant labia minora don't really do much for me. I love Vulvas with "character".

Being straight I have to say that I appreciate more secondary sex features in a female, like a well shaped chest and curvy hips (not too large either), and belly, beautiful face. I'm not picky about this at all, and to some extent this feels like a "humanoid vs. non-humanoid" question, since the type of non-human genitals will generally be determined by the species. But anyways, for females, canine "cookies" are always nice. For males, I'm mostly a fan of canine cock and of genital slits. For slits, particularly if the penis is mostly/fully inside or some slit_play shenanigans are going on. I'm also a fan of huge/hyper balls, as well as feral avians with cloacas. Crocodilian_penis is very underappreciated.
