Is body_part_in_pussy really necessary? Couldn't those images be found with vaginal_penetration -object_in_pussy? Usually we don't tag defaults, and I suppose whether this is the default of the two could be argued, but anyway it seems unnecessary to me
this feels like tag bloat to me... do we really need parent tags for every single tag family?
