penis_lick is specifically a character licking another character's penis, as it implicates sex. This would be wrong for a character with their tongue on their own penis, which is auto_penis_lick and masturbation.
Already being considered as an implication. Although, considering the current state of both OP users, who knows how either request will go. :\
