I realize the other hybrid penis tags are like this already, but this looks wrong to me. People looking for (or blacklisting) humanoid penises are typically looking for/avoiding human-like penises. A penis with a medial ring (or knot) isn't that human-like. We don't have it implicate equine_penis for a medial ring (or canine_penis for a knot) because it's a hybrid of the two, which makes an implication to humanoid_penis seem equally incorrect.

The tag is called humanoid_penis, not human_penis. The appropriate comparison is the humanoid tag, a dumping ground for all manner of species deemed "human enough". You can imagine an otherwise human penis with little cat ears attached to the glans, if you prefer.

As someone who is avoiding humanoid penises I can tell you that medial ring is not enough of a change for me to not avoid it - it's still considered humanoid to me.
In fact it's mostly the general glans shape and/or foreskin which makes something into a humanoid penis. All other features like color, knot, medial ring, barbs etc. are insignificant.
