The artist is rizkitsuneki (Rizzy/Miiya), I found it someone's twitter account, however MiiyaUwU's account has been suspended so I do not know if I should have posted the image since I do not have the original source link (it is long gone)

Are they on DNP list? Is it someone's YCH commission or a fanwork? Is the artist's work already posted? You could try finding one of their other accounts on another site. I'll see if I can find it for you.

According to Fandom Wiki , they still use that name. Twitter just likes to be hard on furry artists. :( Oh no, I just read it. Now I feel even sadder.

If it gets taken down, you can get it reinstated if the artist OK's it. I have to check on a lot of my uploads even if not on DNP list, because it's largely someone's YCH commissions. You basically have to research those carefully to avoid copyright violations.

their account got suspended, that's why it got removed
