I wonder if the name could be improved... full_foot_pawpads maybe? something like that?
Your definition for this tag is more specific than it's name would suggest.
I think plantigrade_pawpads should apply to plantigrade feet with any pawpads.
I'll move it to full_foot_pawpads.
